Cancellation 

If you decide to instruct us to handle your CICA claim, it is important that you are aware of your cancellation rights.

In accordance with Financial Conduct Authority rules after signing an agreement to instruct us you are entitled to cancel the contract within 14 days of the agreement date. We will make no charge for our services during this cooling off period.

Following the expiry of this period, you can still end the agreement at any time up to the point of determination (a decision being made by the CICA) but you will be asked to pay a cancellation fee reflective of the time we have spent on your case up to the point at which you decide to bring the agreement to an end. We will provide evidence of work completed in substantiation of the cancellation fee which will be based on our hourly rate of £50 per hour plus VAT which we set out in our written agreement with you.
